@JammyBoi141 Maybe don't install an old, outdated mod on top of modded files, do it on clean files and if you already have just reinstall files.
@Freknd It spawns naturally, but a heads up this addon is outdated and alot of the cars dont appear in game or with a trainer, I recommend getting IVPack instead.

@Freknd so basically, VWE adds new civilian cars, Dispatchworks adds new LEO cars and VWE design adds liveries for VWE
I sense VWE in this
